Return, Refund & Exchange Policy:

Refund Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition. We thoroughly inspect the seal to ensure quality standards. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items with opened or tampered seals.

Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Situations: CaffPouches does not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Changes in personal circumstances
• Finding the product at a lower price elsewhere

Refund or Exchange Eligibility: Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if:

• The item is faulty, damaged, or expired
• The item is set to expire within 14 days of delivery
• The item received does not match the product ordered

Returning Damaged Products: If you receive damaged goods, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Email info@caffpouches.com with supporting photos, videos, and your purchase receipt. Upon verification, a refund will be processed once the items are returned. Return shipping costs are not covered.

Sales Products Policy: Products purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Manufacturer Errors: Manufacturer errors or updates may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies and disclaim responsibility for typographical errors.
